With Avanti Health Systems, Home Health Services — you have options.

We’ll help you carefully weigh each one and help to simplify the paperwork. For Medicare/Medicaid, private insurance, and VA benefits, we direct bill. In addition, we accept payment from:
 

• Medicare
  If you’re disabled, or if you’re 65 or older, Medicare may pay for your skilled nursing services, health aide services, therapy, and medical equipment and supplies.
                
• Medicaid
  If you qualify, Medicaid pays for skilled nursing, health aide services, therapy, and personal care workers.
    
• Veteran’s Administration
  Benefits range from skilled nursing care to supportive home care. Coverage varies for each individual, and must be pre-authorized.
   
• Private Insurance and Tribal or County Programs
  Policies vary; if you like, we can talk with your agent or representative to help you find out more about benefits.
    
• Private Pay
  You, or your family, may pay for our services directly.
